Purchase and delivery

You can buy on this website (Pricing page) or in a ticket on our Discord server. On the website you sign in with Discord first: the rank is delivered to that Discord account.

As soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, HKTweaks ranks (Premium, Platinum) are delivered automatically as a role on the HKTweaks server, with a welcome DM and your personal download link; OS Custom is delivered as a license key linked to your Discord account. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are usually confirmed in seconds; Bitcoin and Litecoin once the network confirms the transaction. Everything is also in your customer area and with /mykeys.

Ranks and licenses

A HKTweaks rank (Premium, Platinum) is personal: it is a role on your Discord account, valid for life unless a duration was agreed, and it works on one PC at a time. You can move it to a new PC yourself once every 30 days (/mykeys › Reset my PC) or through the staff. Being a member of the HKTweaks Discord server is required to use the app.

OS Custom comes with a personal license key (proof of purchase for the guided install). Sharing or reselling a rank or a key gets it removed.

Prices

Standard: free · Premium: €19.99 · Platinum: €29.99 · OS Custom: €24.99 · Pack Platinum + OS Custom: €39.99. Prices are in euros, one-time payments, updates included. Promo and referral codes are applied before payment. Prices may change; what you paid never does.

Payment methods

• Credit & debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay — processed by Stripe;
• PayPal (balance or card) — processed by PayPal;
• Bitcoin and Litecoin — processed by NOWPayments: send the exact amount shown on the payment page before it expires.

We never see or store your card or wallet details: you pay on the provider's page. Network or bank fees charged by third parties may apply. Payments can also be finalized in a ticket with the staff.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: digital products delivered at once are final; a genuinely faulty product is swapped. Opening a chargeback or a dispute removes the rank while it is being handled.

Results are not guaranteed

Our optimizations are tested before every release. How much you gain (FPS, latency, stability) depends entirely on your setup: hardware, drivers, system state, installed software.

If your PC shows no visible improvement with a product that works, it is not a defect; support is still there to help you diagnose it.

Your PC's safety

A restore point is offered before every optimization and every setting can be undone. Settings marked "advanced" or "expert" are at your own risk: read their warning before enabling them. Back up your files before an OS Custom installation.

6-month follow-up

Every purchase includes 6 months of free follow-up after payment:

• help with installation and setup in a ticket;
• every update of the product you bought at no extra cost (and beyond that: updates stay included for life).
